Hi there, my name is Hilary Holmes!
I am a passionate personal trainer and health coach. I love empowering people to develop a strong mind, body and spirit so they can thrive. Mindset and movement go together. When you partner with me, you will come to enjoy moving your body and you will love how strong you feel inside and out! I lead my clients in personalized workouts, no equipment or gym membership required! I offer one-on-one or group virtual sessions.

Healing
Being well by design starts with having a healthy relationship with food, exercise, and our bodies. Diet & fitness culture has distorted our perspective so I help you rewrite your story.
Sustainable
Healthy habits aren't created with an all or nothing approach. Imagine movement and nourishing your body are just a part of your everyday life that brings you pleasure, fuels and energizes you.
Integrative
We are integrated beings - body, mind and soul. In my program we train all three through Mindset, Movement and Motivation. My movement program is also integrative incorporating strength, endurance and flexibility into each session.
